Design
Based on information received from the customer, a list of requirements is established, options are given
and recommendations are provided. Upon customer approval, telecommunication equipment and services are sized to meet current
and future needs. Sales
We provide free estimates on equipment and installation for all services provided. A "Quick Quote" can be
given over the phone but the final quote is based on a site visit and additional information collected at that time. Installation
Common telephone equipment and jack locations are installed at the customers designated locations.
Wiring is tested for continuity and correct pin termination. All jacks, bridges and connecting blocks are labeled to insure
quick identification. Training
Training on the features and functions of the installed equipment is performed after the installation is
complete. Equipment User Guides are provided for all equipment installed. Maintenance
We service what we sell. Customers that are out of service are given priority over other scheduled work. |
